Privacy policy

This privacy policy describes how Prosper Park, managed by Kraftstaden Fastigheter Trollhättan AB, handles personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation (GDPR).

How we handle your personal data

Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly (i.e. together with other data) linked to you, such as your name, picture, social security number, IP address, and address details.

What personal data do we process?

We process personal data in the form of names, social security numbers, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and, to some extent, images. These may be pictures from events, breakfast meetings, inaugurations, etc. that we use on our website and in our social channels. We inform you when we take photographs and do not include children in the pictures without parental consent. Credit information can be taken if rental agreements are not followed or if a new rental agreement would be signed with your individual company.

Why do we process this personal data?

We only use personal data relating to our customers and stakeholders to the extent necessary to maintain contact and fulfill the agreements we have between us, usually rental agreements.

Where does the personal data come from?

Usually, we only process personal data that we have received from the data subject. Address details or telephone numbers may also be obtained through open sources or through credit reference agencies, in case it turns out that the address we have is incorrect or if there has been a change of address.

What is our legal basis for processing?

Legal basis is consent (with stakeholders) or conclusion of contract (rental agreement). Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

How long do we keep your personal data?

For stakeholders, all data is deleted when it is out of date or on request. For our parking lot tenants, data will be deleted after the end of the contract and the completion of the annual accounts. Contact persons of our premises tenants are deleted when they become outdated or upon request.

Who do we share your personal data with?

We do not normally share personal data except with the data processors we use to carry out our services and fulfill our obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to contact us if you want information about the data we hold about you, to request rectification, transfer or to request that we restrict processing, to object or in some cases to request erasure of your data. You also have the right to request that personal data be transferred from us to another company, authority or organization. This right is limited to data that you have provided to us yourself.
